Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of internet service provided by YesNet WiFi, an internet service provider based in Rison, Arkansas. By signing up for service, you agree to these terms.
Service
YesNet WiFi provides residential and commercial internet service. Service availability is subject to coverage area. Service is provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement.
Billing and Payment
Monthly service is billed at the agreed rate (standard rate $95.00/month unless otherwise specified in your service agreement). Invoices are due on the 1st or 15th of each month depending on your billing cycle. Late or non-payment may result in service interruption or disconnection.
SMS Notifications
By providing your mobile phone number at signup, you consent to receive SMS text messages from YesNet WiFi regarding your account, billing, invoices, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Messages are sent from +1 870-515-3118.
Opt-in occurs at the time of service signup when the customer provides their mobile phone number and agrees to these terms. Customers may also opt in by texting START to +1 870-515-3118.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice. Early cancellation may be subject to terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
YesNet WiFi is not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, power outages, third-party network failures, or acts of nature.
Changes to Terms
YesNet WiFi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or SMS.
